Could you answer these questions?• Do you have over 4 fruits portions per day? • Do you have over 8 fresh vegetables portions per week? • Do you include over 3 days of legumes consumption per week? • Do you have over 5 cereals portions per weeks? • Do you have any red meat less than twice per week? • Do you eat any fish over 3 times per week? • Do you consume skimmed milkies and cereals in your breakfasts? • Do you consume any pieces of fried food once per week? Just any cheese twice per week? • Do you consume just 2 yolks per week? • Do you include mayonnaise, fatty sauces and butter just once per week? • Do you have any fruits, vegetables of light product as a snack? • Do you eat over 5 meals per day? • Do you do over 3 training sessions per week? • Do you do, at least, 3 aerobic exercises sessions of 30 minutes or more per week? • Do you do posture muscular stretching over 4 times per week? • Do you do a localized training in the different body parts of at least 15 repetitions against a resistance twice per week? • Your aerobic trainings are placed in the 60-70% of your maximum cardiac frequency? • After answering this test, don’t you think that you should do something for you, to improve your food habits and your physical exercise? If you have answered in an affirmative way to this last question, then you have a lot of negative answers in the previous questions as I guess, I think that you should ask for nutritious advice and start a training managed by sport professionals. |
