n the whole popular beliefs, based in or not, we should try to analyze which alimentary combinations are considered beneficial and which one is pernicious.

The most amazing thing is not the short of scientific rigor that supports the affirmations considered as a creed, but the high level of acceptance among the big public with a wrong belief.

The proper combination of ascorbic acid (lemons) and acetic acid (vinegar) with meats promotes and improves the absorption of the valuable iron as a hemo, while the consumption of those meats with sweet products in the same meal will become a defective digestion which generates flatulencies by fermentation.

The consumption of different high protein foods in the same meal (meats, fishes, birds…) are going to provoke a slower and more laborious digestion with a worse amino acids assimilation.

At the most, the more complex digestions than the organism can carry out are high fats and proteins foods and meals combinations (fatty meats and meats, eggs, fishes and nuts with creams and sauces or fatty creams).
